News:

.Extended Hours

We would like to make patients aware that we now offer some extended hours appointments for patients who are unable to access normal surgery times.  These are available on someTuesday evenings and some Saturday mornings.  Please ask at reception for more details.

Out of Hours
For medical attention outside of normal working hours, please telephone NHS 24 on 08454 242424. "Out of hours" is between the hours of 5.30pm - 8.00am Monday to Thursday and all weekend from 5.30pm on Friday to 8.00am on Monday morning.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Telephone Advice
You may phone at any time to request to or speak to a doctor. You will be asked by the receptionist to give brief details. These will then be passed on to the doctor who will phone back if appropriate.

Travel Clinic

Under the New Contract for General Practice, we are no longer able to offer all travel vaccines free of charge on the NHS. As a result some vaccines will have to be purchased from a local pharmacy on private prescription and a fee will be charged by the practice for providing travel advice and administering some vaccines. If, however, no vaccines are required, no fee will be charged for advice only.

Routine vaccines for the UK are unaffected by this change.
